Bullseye Bear Hunts
Spring bear hunting is done in late April and early May. The Bear are just coming out of hibernation and have beautiful coats of fur. After coming out of hibernation the bear feed on grassy mountain slopes an
d logging trails. Hunting is done by glassing the slopes and hiking trails. Baiting and hounds are not used in Montana.
We have cinnamon, chocolate and black color phased bear. On the average 50 % of the bears taken will be colors other than black. Spring and Fall are beautiful times to be in Montana's high country. The weather is generally nice and all types of game are abundant.
This is an excellent hunt for a young hunter or first time hunter to Montana.
