This Western Montana waterfront vacation home has a split level floor plan that is very open and airy with a vaulted living area and lots of windows facing the Clark Fork River.

Loft area has a built in computer area with internet access and a fabulous view of the river! Off the loft area is the master bath with walnut cabinets, marble floor, bath tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has a deck of its own accessible by a 6' glass sliding door.

The Lot is about 110' wide and 330' long making approx. .66 acres. It resides in Salish Shores Subdivision. This home is approx. 2 miles from the small scenic Montana town of Thompson Falls. Rock steps make access to the dock, patio and rock terraced garden area very comfortable. There is also a red wood bench in the area to relax and take it all in on. There are always eagles, deer, elk, osprey and other wildlife to keep you interested! DURING SPRING RUNOFF, THE RIVER SWELLS AND IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR WATER RECREATION, UNFORTUNATELY IT VARIES FROM YEAR TO YEAR AND CAN BE ANYWHERE FROM MAY TO JULY.

Located 100 W. of Missoula MT, 120 miles E. of Spokane Washington and approx. 110 miles from Glacier Park. There are 3 different reservoirs within 60 miles so lots of water recreation and fishing.

There are lots of fun things to do in the area. Private ownership in the valley is about 10 %, the balance being large timber companies and State and Forest Service Lands. This provides the area with lots of hiking, biking, wildlife watching, fishing to name a few.

The home is fully furnished with everything to a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee pot, bread maker and anything else you can think of. The media equipment includes a big screen TV with Satellite service, VHS, DVD, CD and cassette stereo with surround sound. There is a TV in 2 of the bedrooms and internet access upstairs on the cat walk office area to browse the net. 8 person limit.
